Ford, Council Member <br /> <br /> SUBJECT: Resolution Requesting A Speed Study For Puainako Street Extension <br /> <br /> At the Committee on Public Works and Intergovernmental Relations (PWIRC) meeting on <br /> December 16, 2008, Mr. Ronald Thiel, Public Works Traffic Division Chief, explained that the <br /> State would require a speed study before accepting an increase in the speed limits. <br /> <br /> I request that this resolution for a speed study be placed on the agenda for the Council on <br /> January 7, 2009, and that it be waived from the PWIRC to expedite this process.
