Also in attendance were: HSAC Acting-President~.D~ e're&'Kawa <br />Treasurer Joe Pontanilla, HSAC Secretary Nestor Garcia, K ua a~ staff~m~e_ ' <br />Maui staff member Gayle Revels, Oahu staff member Andrew Sek~ne~IC <br />Darryl Kaneshiro, Kauai staff member Rick Watanabe and Hawaii Coun <br />Greenwell. A copy of the meeting agenda is attached for your review. <br />I reported to the board that we had established an "ad hoc" committee on <br />Joe Pontanilla mentioned that if we need information, he is willing to hell <br />first reading on a resolution on having the State and Federal agencies he1F <br />problem in East Hawaii. <br />Maui reported about their Bed and Breakfast bill that they passed. <br />Oahu reported about their mayor's MainStreet Economic Recovery Surve <br />He also reported about heavy rains and flood damages on Oahu. <br />Y <br />_ t• <br />F N>W~` <br />~~ <br />~~ <br />r <br />Meeting <br />Kauai reported about their Habitat Conservation which included topics of sheaz water and <br />alternative energy. The HSAC conference will be on June 17 and 18, 2009. There will be a <br />golf tournament.
