Mr. Lee stated the Kona base yard crew had been briefed on the priorities <br />related to this amendment. <br />Hokulia's attorney, Mr. Michael Matsukawa clarified questions regarding Hokulia's structure <br />and updated Committee members on the current oversight of 1250 Oceanside. <br />Ms. Ford expressed concerned regarding this proposed bill and the impact of Hokulia's financial <br />situation and the shift of controlling interest in Hokulia's assets to an international financial <br />bank. Further, Ms. Ford stated her concern about certain legalities of easement from this <br />landowner's local management (1250 Oceanside) to enter into a contract with the County of <br />Hawaii.
