Reserved Rights. The Grantor reserves for itself and for Hokuli'a lot owners, their respective employees, guests, invitees and contractors and for other persons designated and authorized by the Grantor " the full use and enjoyment of the easement area and the right of the Grantor to grant to others such rights and privileges to use the easement area. Without limitation, the Grantor specifically reserves the following: a.
