The right at any time to enter upon the easement area for <br />construction, inspection, repair and maintenance purposes, including, ', <br />but not limited to, the construction, maintenance, repair or <br />replacement of any such rights of way and easements; <br />c. The right to assign in whole or in part the rights reserved ', <br />to the Grantor, subject to the non-exclusive easement granted pursuant <br />to this grant ofnon-exclusive easement; <br />d. The right to suspend or restrict access to and use of the <br />easement area if it is necessary to do so, upon immediate notice to the '" <br />Grantee, for construction, maintenance, repair, health or safety ','~ <br />reasons, or if so required by a court order or by any other act of any <br />federal, state or county body or agency; <br />e.
