No. 676Bi11 No. 190 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 11:30 A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Bill No. 190, reports as follows: <br /> Bill No. 190, transmitted by Planning Director Virginia Goldstein, via Communication No. 676, <br /> dated January 12, 1998, amends Chapter 2, Hawaii County Code, as amended by Ordinance <br /> No. 96-2, by amending the section relating to the creation of a fund by renaming it to the <br /> Geothermal Relocation Revolving Fund. <br /> Bill No. 190 proposes to rename the Geothermal Royalty Fund to the Geothermal Relocation <br /> Revolving Fund, thus, allowing the Planning Department the ability to facilitate the purchases of <br /> dwellings which qualify under the geothermal relocation program.
