�.�► <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 190 <br /> 98 25 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 2 OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE, 1983 <br /> (1995 EDITION), AS AMENDED BY ORDINANCE NO. 96-2 BY AMENDING SECTION <br /> RELATING TO THE CREATION OF A FUND. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1: The section titled Creation of Fund in the new Article established by <br /> Ordinance No. 96 -2 in Chapter 2 of the Hawaii County Code, 1983 (1995 EDITION) is hereby <br /> amended as follows: <br /> "Section 2 -_. Creation of revolving fund. Pursuant to section 10 -12 of the Hawaii <br /> County Charter, a special revQlying fund to be known as the Geothermal [Royalty Fund] <br /> Relocation Revolving Fund is hereby created. This fund shall be administered by the Planning <br /> Department. Proceeds received under the section relating to funding in this article shall be <br /> deemed reappropriated to the Geothermal Relocation Revolving Fund." <br /> SECTION 2. Material to be deleted is bracketed. New material is underscored. In <br /> printing this ordinance, the brackets, bracketed material and underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance or the application thereof to any person or <br /> circumstance is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of the <br /> ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this end, <br /> the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 4.
