Juue 27, 1996: Effective date of Ordinance No. 96 73 (REZ 821) which amended the <br />district classification of the 14.7-acre property from A-l0a to A-3a. (Planning <br />Department Exhibit 2 -Ordinance No. 96 73) <br />4. October 25, 2007: Effective date of Subdivision No. 06-000125.
