<br />"'.' <br /> <br />.. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF <br />HA WAIl that it authorizes the County Administration to participate in the demonstration <br />"Quarantine Program". <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Administration is further authorized to enter into a five <br />year lease with Kamehameha Schools Bishop Estate for lands to be utilized for the "Quarantine <br />Program". <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Administration be authorized to enter into a <br />Memorandum of Agreement with DOA and the University of Hawaii to describe the <br />responsibilities to be undertaken by each agency to implement the Papaya Quarantine Program. <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Administration is further authorized to license said lands <br />to permittees in accordance with the selection process established by the "Quarantine Program". <br /> <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that copies of this resolution be transmitted to the Honorable <br />Stephen K.
