No. 522 <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 10:35 A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Communication No. 522, reports as follows: <br /> Communication No. 522, transmitted by Hawaii State Association of Counties (HSAC) <br /> Secretary-Treasurer Al Smith, dated October 2, 1997, submits highlights of the Executive <br /> Committee meeting and the approval of the 1998 HSAC Legislative Program Policy Statement. <br /> Submitted for Councii approval was the 1998 HSAC Legislative Program Policy Statement that <br /> sets forth guidelines for the HSAC Executive Committee during the legislative session. <br /> <br /> Also requested were County proposals for the HSAC 1998 Legislative Package by October 31, <br /> 1997.
