<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />..- -. <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 202 97 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF ROADWAY LOTS WITHIN THE <br />VILLAGES OF LA'I'OPUA, PHASE 1, FROM THE STATE OF HAWAII HOUSING <br />FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, TAX MAP KEYS (3)7-4-20 AND 21 <br />(pORTIONS), TO THE COUNTY OF HAWAII. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the HOUSING FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION, a <br /> <br />public body and a body corporate ~nd politic of the State of Hawaii, is the developer of the <br /> <br />Villages ofLa'i'opua, Phase 1, and the owner of those certain roadway lots located in Kealakehe, <br /> <br />North Kona, Hawaii, specifically identified as Tax Map Keys (3)7-4-20 and 21 (portions), <br /> <br />formerly Tax Map Key (3)7-4-08017 (portion), being more particularly described in Exhibit A <br /> <br />of the Deed and delineated on Exhibit B attached hereto, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the HOUSING FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION has <br /> <br />constructed all subdivision improvements as required for final subdivision approval, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the HOUSING FINANCE AND DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION has <br /> <br />received approval from the County of Hawaii's Department of Public Works, Department of <br /> <br />Water Supply and the Planning Department for the improvements made to the subject property, <br /> <br />and are desirous of dedicating the subject parcels to the County ?f Hawaii for road, drainage and <br /> <br />wastewater disposal purposes, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the subject road, drainage and wastewater disposal improvements have been <br /> <br />completed according to County of Hawaii standards and are in acceptable condition for <br /> <br />dedication, and <br />
