<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />... <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 23-10 of the Hawaii County Code requires that the acceptance of <br /> <br />such road, drainage and wastewater disposal improvements be in compliance with Chapter 23 of <br /> <br />the subdivision code; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter, provides that the <br /> <br />Council may accept gifts which include the dedication ofland on behalf of the County of <br /> <br />Hawaii, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL YED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF <br /> <br />HAWAII, in accordance with Article XIII, Section 13-12 of the Hawaii County Charter, and <br /> <br />Section 23-10 of the Hawaii County Code, that the County of Hawaii accepts the dedication deed <br /> <br />for real property identified as Tax Map Keys (3)7-4-20 and 21 (portions) for road, drainage and <br /> <br />wastewater disposal purposes. <br /> <br />DATED.
