A flag hoisted from this lookout <br />alerted people of the approaching ship and for <br />them to ready goods for trade. <br /> <br />An ancient Hawaiian fishing village between <br />Kai' opae and Lapakahi. <br /> <br />A natural land extension into the ocean formed <br />by the flowing of two kahawai, the Makahuna <br />and Makeahua. Crabbing was excellent here <br />although the water was muddy.
