The proposed pilot program will be staffed from <br />7:45 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., allowing children to be dropped off/picked up during these hours, <br />although the actual program will begin at 8:00 a.m. and end at 4:30 p.m. <br />Two locations have been chosen for the pilot program, the Andrews Gym and the Waiakea <br />Recreation Center.
