COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. 63 C19 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO <br />A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br />WHEREAS, the current Department of Parks and Recreation Summer Fun Program <br />starts at 8:00 a.m. and runs through 3:00 p.m.; and <br />WHEREAS, the establishment of a Pilot Summer Fun Program which will be staffed <br />from 7:45 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., will be beneficial to the working parent; and <br />WHEREAS, the enrollment for this pilot program, to be located at the Andrews Gym <br />and the Waiakea Recreation Center, will likely increase due to the popularity of the extended <br />schedule; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 4 will be appropriated to <br />the Department of Parks and Recreation to be used to help fund a Pilot Summer Fun Program <br />for 2009; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII that the <br />following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOUNT OP <br />APPROPRIATION: $12,050 <br />OUT AND FROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-Council SVC -Contingency Relief $12,050 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.500.5509.02 Department of Parks and Recreation $12,050 <br />Summer/Intersession OCE <br />(2009 Pilot Summer Fun Program) <br />
