COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />S4 09 <br />A RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING/APPROPRIATING AN APPROPRIATION OUT <br />AND FROM THE DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) AND CREDITING SAME TO <br />A DESIGNATED FUND ACCOUNT(S) <br />WHEREAS, the Department of Parks and Recreation has requested funds for the <br />purchase of four (4) portable basketball systems to be used at the Hilo Armory; and <br />WHEREAS, these basketball systems will improve the recreational facility; and <br />WHEREAS, the equipment will be available for use by youth and adults alike; and <br />WHEREAS, Contingency Relief funds from Council District 2 will be appropriated <br />to the Department of Parks and Recreation to be used towards the purchase of the portable <br />basketball systems; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAI`[ that <br />the following amount is hereby transferred/appropriated as set forth below: <br />FUND: General <br />AMOLTiT OF <br />APPROPRIATION: $9,400 <br />OUT AND PROM: <br />010.101.5101.91 Clerk-CouncilSVC-Contingency Relief $9,400 <br />CREDITED TO: <br />010.500.5507.02 Department of Parks & Recreation $9,400 <br />Recreation Division, Educ-Rec-Scientif Supplies <br />(Hilo Armory Portable Basketball Systems) <br />
