Sayre Memorial <br /> Foundation of a new 2008 Toyota Tacoma Crew Cab truck valued at $28,856.02. <br /> <br /> Pursuant to Article XIII, Section 13-12, Hawaii County Charter, the Council, on behalf of the County, <br /> may accept gifts or donations of personal property. <br /> <br /> A letter of appreciation will be sent to the Daniel R.
