<br />under this Contract for the purposes stated herein and in <br />accordance with the "Application For Grant" (Parts I through IV <br />including all certifications required under Section C) attached <br />hereto as Exhibit "A" and by reference incorporated herein. It <br />is understood that this Contract includes as a part hereof any <br />rules, relevant directives or instructions issued by the United <br />States or the Agency, including the provisions of the federal <br />Office of Management and Budget circulars and the effective <br />edition of the Office of Justice Programs' Guideline Manual <br />entitled "Financial and Administrative Guide for Grants." <br />B. TERM OF CONTRACT. <br />This Contract shall be in effect for the period <br />from March 1, 2009 to and including February 28, 2010 unless <br />this Contract is sooner terminated as hereinafter provided or <br />unless this Contract is extended in accordance with Section L <br />of this Contract. <br />C. PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS AND CONDITIONS. <br />1. Grantee shall comply with the guidelines <br />set forth in the Act and all applicable federal regulations and <br />guidelines, including but not limited to Office of Justice <br />Programs, STOP Violence Against Women Formula and Discretionary <br />Grants Program Guidance, and Office of Management and Budget <br />Rev. 06/07 8 <br />
