<br />circulars and the effective edition of the Office of Justice <br />Programs' Guidance Manual entitled "Financial and <br />Administrative Guide for Grants." <br />2. If so required by Agency, Grantee shall <br />certify to Agency that any expendable or nonexpendable personal <br />property purchased or acquired with funds received under this <br />Contract will be used for criminal justice purposes before <br />title in such property may vest in Grantee. If a certification <br />is not provided by Grantee, title to any personal property <br />purchased or acquired with funds received under this Contract <br />shall vest in Agency and such personal property shall be <br />delivered to the Agency in good working order upon expiration <br />or sooner termination of this Contract. <br />3. Prior to, or concurrently with the <br />execution of this Contract, if so required by Agency, Grantee <br />shall complete, execute and submit to Agency a Certification <br />Regarding Drug-Free Workplace Requirements which meets the <br />requirements of the Drug Free Workplace Act of 1988 (Pub. L. <br />100-690, Title V, Subtitle D), hereinafter referred to as the , <br />"Drug-Free Workplace Certification". A copy of the Drug-Free <br />Workplace Certification shall be included in Part Iv of the <br />Application for Grant. Grantee covenants that the <br />representations made in the Drug-Free Workplace Certification <br />are true at the time this Contract is executed and will remain ~ <br />Rev. oc/o~ 9 ~ <br />
