reports in such form and at such times as Agency or the Office <br />of Violence Against Women may require. At a minimum, Grantee <br />shall submit quarterly financial reports fifteen (15) calendar <br />days after the end of each calendar quarter. Records and <br />financial accounts shall be retained by the Grantee and shall <br />be accessible to Agency and the United States Department of <br />Justice for at least three years after Agency's grant with the <br />Office of Violence Against Women is closed. <br />7. Grantee shall comply with all the laws, <br />ordinances, codes, rules and regulations of the Federal, State <br />and local governments which in any way affect its performance <br />under this Contract. <br />8. Grantee shall provide for an independent <br />audit of its activities on a periodic basis in accordance with <br />Office of Management and Budget Circular A-133. <br />9. Grantee shall comply with the non- <br />discrimination requirements of the Omnibus Crime Control and <br />Safe Street Act of 1968 which prohibits discrimination in <br />employment and in the delivery of services or benefits on the <br />basis of race, color, national origin, religion, and sex; Title <br />VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 which prohibits <br />discrimination in the delivery of services or benefits on the <br />basis of race, color, and national origin; Section 504 of the <br />Rehabilitation Act of 1973 and Title II of the Americans with <br />Rev. 06/07 1 2 <br />
