Disabilities Act of 1990 which prohibit discrimination in <br />employment and in the delivery of services or benefits based on <br />disability; Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 which <br />prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in training or <br />education programs; and the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 <br />which prohibits discrimination in the delivery of services or <br />benefits on the basis of age; Department of Justice regulations <br />on disability (nondiscrimination on the basis of disability in <br />the state and local government services, public accommodations <br />and commercial facilities, and accessibility standards), 28 <br />C.F.R. Part 35; Exec. Order No. 13279 (equal protection of the <br />laws for faith-based and community organizations); Exec. Order <br />No. 13166 and U.S. Department of Justice, Guidance to Federal <br />Financial Assistance Recipients Regarding Title VI Prohibition <br />Against National Origin Discrimination Affecting Limited <br />English Proficient Persons; the Hawaii State Fair Employment <br />Practices Act, Chapter 378, Hawaii Revised Statutes; and all <br />other applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations. <br />10. Grantee assures Agency that if it <br />is required to formulate an Equal Employment Opportunity <br />Program in accordance with 28 C.F.R. 42.301 et seq. it will <br />submit a certification to Agency that a current program is on <br />file. <br />rzev. 05/0 1 3 <br />
