<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />(3) Upon receipt of all commehts and recommendations <br />from the affected agencies, and if there are no <br />objections or prohibitions, the chief of pOlice <br />or his authorized representative shall review the <br />application and determine the conditions under <br />which a permit shall be issued. Failure to <br />comply with any of the requirements or conditions <br />set forth in the recommendations of the affected <br />agencies including the pOlice department shall be <br />cause to deny the issuance of a permit. Failure <br />to comply with any conditions or requirements <br />after the permit is issued shall cause such <br />permit to be immediately revoked by the chief of <br />police or his,representative. <br /> <br />(4) Any hospital in or near the location of the event <br />or activity shall be notified that a permit has <br />been issued and shall be informed of the time, <br />date and location of the event or activity for <br />which the permit was issued. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this <br />ordinance, the underscoring need not be included. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the <br />application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, <br />such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of <br />the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid <br />provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this <br />ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
