<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br />BILL NO. 29 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />97 28 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE), OF THE <br />HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO TRAFFIC <br />REGULATIONS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, <br />schedule 28 (No parking at anytime), subsection (c) South Hilo, of <br />the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is amended by deleting the <br />following item: <br /> <br />[(67) Kekuanaoa Street, north side, within <br />thirty feet eastward of the main driveway on the <br />Hilo Motors, Ltd. lot located at the northeast <br />corner of Kekuanaoa Street and Kilauea Avenue.] <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, <br />schedule 28 (NO parking at anytime), subsection (c) South Hilo, of <br />the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is amended by adding the <br />following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> <br />1-1 Kekuanaoa Street. north side. beainnina at a <br />point two hundred fifteen feet west of the <br />private roadway opposite Honu Street and <br />extendina four hundred sixty-seven feet in the <br />westerly direction to Kilauea Avenue. <br /> <br />1-1 Kekuanaoa Street. south side. beainnina at <br />Kilauea Avenue and extendina two hundred <br />fourteen feet in the easterly direction. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-284, <br />schedule 32 (Two hour parking areas), subsection (c) South Hilo, of <br />the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is amended by adding the <br />following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> <br />1-1 Kekuanaoa Street. those marked parkina stalls <br />between Kilauea Avenue and Honu Street. <br />
