COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 29 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 9~ 2~ <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE), OF THE <br /> HAWAII COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO TRAFFIC <br /> REGULATIONS. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, <br /> schedule 28 (NO parking at anytime), subsection (c) South Hilo, of <br /> the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is amended by deleting the <br /> following item: <br /> [(67) Kekuanaoa Street, north side, within <br /> thirty feet eastward of the main driveway on the <br /> Hilo Motors, Ltd. lot located at the northeast <br /> corner of Kekuanaoa Street and Kilauea Avenue.] <br /> SECTION 2. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, <br /> schedule 28 (No parking at anytime), subsection (c) South Hilo, of <br /> the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is amended by adding the <br /> following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> Kekuanaoa Street, north side, beginning at a <br /> point two hundred fifteen feet west of the <br /> private roadway opposite Honu Street and <br /> extending four hundred sixty-seven feet in the <br /> westerly direction to Kilauea Avenue. <br /> ~ Kekuanaoa Street, south side, beginning at <br /> Kilauea Avenue and extending two hundred <br /> fourteen feet in the easterly direction. <br /> SECTION 3. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-284, <br /> schedule 32 (Two hour parking areas), subsection (c) South Hilo, of <br /> <br /> the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is amended by adding the <br /> following to be appropriately numbered. and to read as follows: <br /> ~ Kekuanaoa Street, those marked parking stalls <br /> between Kilauea Avenue and Honu Street. <br /> <br />
