Mende of Council District 3 to the Hawaii County <br /> Police Commission. <br /> <br /> Although Mr. Mende was not present, Council Member Ikeda suggested recommending <br /> confirmation of Mr. Mende at this time and having him appear before full Council for final <br /> confirmation. Council Members agreed to approve and move the nomination to full Council. <br /> Mr. Mende will be contacted and required to appear at that time. <br /> <br /> Your Committee on Public Safety and Parks and Recreation is in accordance with the purpose <br /> and intent of Communication 165 and recommends the appointment of Donn S.
