BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HA WAIl: SECTION 1. The State Land Use Boundaries Map, H-66 for the County of Hawaii, is amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as follows: The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, Hawaii, shall be Urban: _ Beginning at a pipe at the northwest comer of this parcel of land, the southeast comer of Lot 1 of Kahalani Estate Subdivision File Plan 1470, and on the west side of Kupulau Street, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "HALAI" being 14416.31 feet south and 3317.91 feet west and running by azimuths measured clockwise from true South: 1. 3550 40' 259.57 feet along Kupulau Street; 2.
