The State Land Use Boundaries Map, H-66 for the County of Hawaii, is <br /> <br />amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as follows: <br /> <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, <br /> <br />Hawaii, shall be Urban: <br /> <br />Beginning at a pipe at the northwest comer of this parcel of land, the southeast <br />comer of Lot 1 of Kahalani Estate Subdivision File Plan 1470, and on the west side of <br />Kupulau Street, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government Survey <br />Triangulation Station "HALAI" being 14416.31 feet south and 3317.91 feet west and <br />running by azimuths measured clockwise from true South: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />3550 40' <br /> <br />259.57 feet along Kupulau Street; <br /> <br />2. Thence along Lot 5 (roadway portion) along a curve to the right having a radius of <br />30.00 feet, the chord azimuth and distance <br />being: 400 40' 42.43 feet to a pipe; <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />850 40' <br /> <br />150.00 feet along Lot 5 (roadway portion) to a pipe; <br /> <br />4.
