<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br />BILL NO. <br /> <br />90 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br />97 96 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE), OF THE HA WAIl <br />COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article to, division 1, section 24-257, schedule 5 (35 mile per <br />hour limit), subsection (g) Puna, of the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is amended by <br />adding the following to be appropriately numbered and to read as follows: <br /> <br />o South Glenwood Road. from Route 11. to a point 0.86 mile in the <br />southeasterly direction. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this ordinance, the underscoring <br />need not be included. <br /> <br />SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br />or circumstances, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br />of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to <br />this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
