Repeals <br />Divisions 1-14 of Chapter 5, Article 2 of the Hawaii County Code, and replaces those provisions <br />with the 2006 International Energy Conservation Code, March 2007 Edition, as amended. <br />Bill 385, Draft 2 (2006-2008), includes LS amendments to the March 2007 Edition of the <br />2006 International Energy Conservation Code.
