<br />Bi11385, Draft 2 (2006-2008): Amends Chapter 5, Article 2 of the Hawaii County Code 1983
<br />(2005 Edition, as Amended), Relaying to Building Energy Efficiency Standards. Repeals
<br />Divisions 1-14 of Chapter 5, Article 2 of the Hawaii County Code, and replaces those provisions
<br />with the 2006 International Energy Conservation Code, March 2007 Edition, as amended.
<br />Bill 385, Draft 2 (2006-2008), includes LS amendments to the March 2007 Edition of the
<br />2006 International Energy Conservation Code. Division 15 of Article 2, Chapter 5, relates to
<br />indigenous architecture as adopted by Ordinance No. 07-164 and shall be retained as a separate
