No. I3 , <br /> PLACE: Councilroom <br /> TIME: 10:43 A.M. <br /> Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was refened Resolution No. 11, reports as follows: <br /> Resolution No. 11, transmitted jointly with Bill No. 2, by then Finance Committee Chair Elroy <br /> Osorio, via Communication I~Io. 13, dated November 27, 19911, requests cooperation between the <br /> County of Hawaii, State of Hawaii, Bishop Estate/Kamehameha Schools, Queen Liliuokalani <br /> Children Trust Center, the Office of Hawaiian Affairs and the department of Hawaiian Home <br /> Lands to finance the planning, design and construction of a new multipurpose gymnasium at <br /> Hualani Park in Keaukaha. <br /> Resolution No. 1 l states that Kawananakoa Hall, moved to its current site in 1946, still stands <br /> <br /> today in dire need of improvements.
