<br />'. <br /> <br />i, -~', <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br />BILL NO. 102 <br />(Draft 2) <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 97 106 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-8-33 (CITY OF HILO ZONE MAP), <br />ARTICLE 8, CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE, BY <br />CHANGING THE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM LIMITED INDUSTRIAL (ML-20) <br />TO INDUSTRIAL-COMMERCIAL MIXED (MCX-20) AT W AIAKEA, SOUTH HILO, <br />HAWAII, COVERED BY TAX MAP KEY 2-2-32:23, 101, 102, 103 AND 104. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br />SECTION 1. Section 25-8-33, Article 8, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii <br />County Code, is amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as <br />follows: <br /> <br />The district classification of the following area situated at Waiakea, South Hilo, <br /> <br />Hawaii, shall be Industrial- Commercial Mixed (MCX-20): <br /> <br />Beginning at the southwest comer of this parcel of land and on the east side of <br />Kalanikoa Street, the coordinates of said point of beginning referred to Government <br />Survey Triangulation Station "HALAI" being 1,129.15 feet north and 10,633.00 feet east, <br />and thence running by azimuths measured clockwise from true South: <br /> <br />1. 1800 00' <br /> <br />495.76 feet along the west side of Kalanikoa Street; <br /> <br />2. 2700 00' <br /> <br />298.00 feet along Kuawa Street; <br /> <br />3. 3600 00' <br /> <br />495.76 feet along the remainder of Grant 11,766, <br />Parcel 2 to Amfac, Inc.; <br /> <br />4. 900 00' <br /> <br />298.00 feet along the remainder of Grant 11,766, <br />Parcel 2 to Amfac, Inc., to the point of <br />beginning and containing an area of 147,736 <br />square feet, more or less. <br /> <br />All as shown on the map attached hereto, marked Exhibit "A" and by reference <br />made a part hereof (herein after referred to as the "subject property"). <br />
