<br />, <br />- / . <br />~, <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />COUNTY OF HAWAII <br /> <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br /> <br />BILL NO. 121 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 97 123 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE), OF THE HAWAII <br />COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS. <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAW All: <br /> <br />SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-280, schedule 28 (No parking <br />at anytime), subsection (c), item (131) South Hilo, of the Hawaii County Code (1995 edition), is <br />amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />(131) Ululani Street, mauka side, between [Wailuku Drive] Waianuenue Avenue and <br />Wailoa Street. <br /> <br />SECTION 2. Material to be repealed is bracketed. New material is underscored. In <br />printing this ordinance, the bracketing and underscoring need not be included. <br /> <br />SECTI ON 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the application thereof to any person <br />or circumstances, is held invalid, such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications <br />of the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid provision or application, and to <br />this end, the provisions of this ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> <br />SECTION 4.
