The name of the corporation is Sustainable Community Development Foundation of <br /> Hawaii. <br /> <br /> <br /> 2. The corporation's name is changed to Institute for a Sustainable Future. <br /> <br /> <br /> 3. A meeting of the members was held on January 6, 1994.
