Other related information: The present access to this site on Mamalahoa Highway has been used by the applicant to access his home for many years. The access is paved with concrete and this access point is located within the area shown as the access for the new lots on the rezoning exhibit. j. Proposed on-site and off-site infrastructure: The applicant does not propose any off-site infrastructure improvements.
