FIRM: The subject property is located within Zone X, area determined to be outside <br /> the 500-year flood plain. <br /> <br /> 18. Surrounding Zoning/Land Uses: The surrounding area consists of a mixture of <br /> single-family residences and vacant lots. Access: Access to the site is off Mamalahoa Highway. Mamalahoa Highway is a two- <br /> <br /> lane County roadway which has a pavement width of 20 feet within a 40-foot right-of- <br /> way. <br /> <br /> 20. Wastewater System: The applicant proposes to use individual wastewater treatment <br /> systems meeting with the approval of the Department of Health for each of the newly <br /> <br /> created lots. <br /> 21. Utilities: Water, electrical and telephone service are available to the property. <br /> <br /> AGENCIES' COMMENTS <br /> 22.
