Flora and Fauna: Botanical Surveys conducted an inspection of the property and states that the vegetation covering the parcel is mostly entirely alien. The only small animal seen was the small bird Zosterops japonical (Japanese white eye). There were no rare, threatened, or endangered species of either flora or fauna. 17. FIRM: The subject property is located within Zone X, area determined to be outside the 500-year flood plain. 18. Surrounding Zoning/Land Uses: The surrounding area consists of a mixture of single-family residences and vacant lots. The zoning pattern in the vicinity is a mixture of Agricultural-1 acre (A-la) and Agricultural-5 acre (A-5). PUBLIC FACILITIES AND SERVICES 19. Access: Access to the site is off Mamalahoa Highway.
