For your inforniation, we have enclosed a copy of Ordinance No. 92 40 and <br />the applicant's request for in lieu fair share credits. <br />The payment and delivery of the fire truck are scheduled for early June. In addition, <br />Kohala Ranch LLC's representative, William L. Moore, will not be available for the May <br />20, 2009 County Council Meeting.
