Kenneth Sowden of Hilo, who resigned to accept the position <br /> of Deputy Director of Parks and Recreation. <br /> Mr. Kuwaye is a life-time resident of Hilo and has been <br /> employed by Allied Aggregates Corporation since 1972, and <br /> presently serves as its president.
