BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> <br /> The currently leased copier is breaking down on a daily basis and is at <br /> the end of the five year lease we had on it. We are desperate for a <br /> fuctional copier and wish to enter into a three year lease with a <br /> cancellation option to provide dependable service for our Kona <br /> <br /> employees. <br /> <br /> Since the cost of the current lease agreement is already budgeted in the <br /> <br /> current fiscal year, we have the funds to pay for the rest of this year <br /> and can budget subsequent years appropriately.
