COUNTY OF HAWAII <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />STATE OF HAWAII <br />153 03 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE DEDICATION OF LOT 9073-B-22 (PORTIONS OF KIPIMANA <br />STREET AND MIKAHALA STREET), OF THE W.H. SHIPMAN INDUSTRIAL PARK, BEING <br />TAX MAP KEY: (3) 1-6-151:022, SITUATE AT KEA`AU, DISTRICT OF PUNA, COUNTY AND <br />STATE OF HAWAII, FROM W.H. SHIPMAN, LIMITED. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII. <br />WHEREAS, W.H. Shipman, Limited is the owner Lot 9073-B-22 (portions of Kipimana Street <br />and Mikahala Street, containing an area of 4.619 acres, identified as Tax Map Key: (3) 1-6-151:022, <br />situate at Kea`au, in the District of Puna, County and State of Hawaii, as delineated on Exhibit "A" <br />attached hereto; and <br />WHEREAS, W.H. Shipman, Limited has constructed all subdivision improvements and <br />received final subdivision approval; and <br />WHEREAS, W.H. Shipman, Limited is desirous of dedicating Lot 9073-B-22 (portions of <br />Kipimana Street and Mikahala Street), including all subdivision improvements thereon, to the County <br />of Hawaii for road and drainage purposes, and the improvements have been inspected and approved <br />by the County of Hawaii Department of Public Works, Department of Water Supply, Planning <br />Department and Department of Environmental Management; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject roads and drainage improvements have been completed according to <br />County of Hawaii standards, and are in acceptable condition for dedication, and in full compliance <br />with the provisions of Chapter 23 of the Hawaii County Code; and <br />
