These funds, from Council District 9, will be given to the Hamakua Health <br /> Center, Inc. to help fund the purchase of x-ray equipment for the mobile dental van. <br /> Enclosed is a bill for an ordinance amending the Operating Budget by appropriating $5,000 <br /> into the Hamakua Health Center, Inc. account. <br /> <br /> Since the monies have already been approved for transfer to the Housing Fund, the Office of <br /> Housing and Community Development would like to request a waiver from the Finance <br /> Committee and have this bill heard at the Council meeting scheduled for May 20, 2009. <br /> If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to call the Office of Housing and Community <br /> Development. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Nancy E.
