REQUEST: <br /> <br /> Amend Ordinance 08-78, the Operating Budget, to appropriate funds that Councilman Hoffmann is <br /> requesting to be transferred, by resolution, from the Council contingency relief funds to the Housing Fund. <br /> The bill is needed to appropriate the funds from the Housing fund to the proper expenditure account. <br /> <br /> $ 5,000.00 for the Hamakua Health Center, Inc. 152.461.5466.48-115 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> B. BACKGROUND AND JUSTIFICATION (USE ADDITIONAL SHEETS AS NEEDED): <br /> Resolution No. 75-09, adopted on April 8, 2009, transferred $5,000.00 out of the General Fund's Council <br /> District 9 Contingency Relief account to the Housing Fund. The OHCD now needs to amend Ordinance <br /> 08-78.
