Crawford, dated February 4, 2009, submitting the <br />qualifying applications from nonprofit organizations pursuant to Chapter 2, Article 25, <br />Hawai'i County Code, for the Council's review and appropriation of funds for inclusion in <br />the Operating Budget for Fiscal Year 2009-2010. Forty-nine (49) organizations have <br />submitted applications for 77 programs, totaling $3,118,011.32.
