(3) Upon receipt of all comments and recommendations <br /> from the affected agencies, and if there are no <br /> objections or prohibitions, the chief of police <br /> or his authorized representative shall review the <br /> application and determine the conditions under <br /> which a permit shall be issued. Failure to <br /> comply with any of the requirements or conditions <br /> set forth in the recommendations of the affected <br /> agencies including the police department shall be <br /> cause to deny the issuance of a permit. Failure <br /> to comply with any conditions or requirements <br /> after the permit is issued shall cause such <br /> permit to be immediately revoked by the chief of <br /> police or his representative. <br /> (4) Any hospital in or near the location of the event <br /> or activity shall be notified that a permit has <br /> been issued and shall be informed of the time, <br /> date and location of the event or activity for <br /> which the permit was issued. <br /> SECTION 2. New material is underscored. In printing this <br /> ordinance, the underscoring need not be included. <br /> SECTION 3. If any provision of this ordinance, or the <br /> application thereof to any person or circumstance, is held invalid, <br /> such invalidity shall not affect other provisions or applications of <br /> the ordinance which can be given effect without the invalid <br /> provision or application, and to this end, the provisions of this <br /> ordinance are declared to be severable. <br /> SECTION 4.
