i COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 52 <br /> 5~ Draft 2 <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 24 (TRAFFIC SCHEDULE), OF THE HAWAII <br /> <br /> COUNTY CODE 1983 (1995 EDITION), RELATING TO TRAFFIC REGULATIONS. <br /> <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COiJNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Chapter 24, article 10, division 5, section 24-281, schedule 29 (Parking <br /> <br /> prohibited during certain hours on certain streets), subsection (c) South Hilo, of the Hawaii <br /> <br /> County Code, is amended to read as follows: <br /> (c) South Hilo <br /> (1) Alae Street, both sides, from Laimana Street to Halai Street between the hours of 7:15 <br /> a.m. to 8:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. on school days. <br /> (2) Banyan Drive, east side, beginning at a point nine hundred forty feet east northeast of <br /> Lihiwai Street and extending five hundred seventy-one feet in the northeasterly <br /> direction between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. <br /> (3) Banyan Drive, makai side, 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Tuesdays. <br /> (4) Banyan Drive, mauka side, 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. on Thursdays. <br /> (5) Banyan Drive, north side, beginning at a point one thousand seventy-eight feet <br /> southwest of Liliuokalani Park Perimeter Road to Lihiwai Street between the hours of <br /> 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. <br /> (6) Banyan Drive, south side, beginning at Lihiwai Street and extending five hundred <br /> forty-one feet in the easterly direction between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. <br /> (7) Banyan Drive, west side, beginning at a point seven tenths mile Puna of Lihiwai Street <br /> and extending seven hundred eighty feet in the southerly direction towards <br /> Kamehameha Avenue between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. <br /> (8) Banyan Drive, west side, beginning at a point one hundred three feet south of <br /> Liliuokalani Park Perimeter Road and extending five hundred eighty-five feet in the <br /> southerly direction between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. <br /> (9) Haili Street, Puna side, between Kinoole Street and Ululani Street from 7:15 a.m. to <br /> 8:00 a.m. on school days. <br /> (10) Hualalai Street, Puna side, between Ululani Street and the makai side of the St. Joseph <br /> School Cafeteria from 7:15 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. on school days; 1:45 p.m. to 2:30 p.m <br /> on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays when school is in session; and 12:45 <br /> p.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Wednesdays when school is in session. <br /> (11) Kapiolani Street, makai side, between Ponahawai Street and Waianuenue Avenue <br /> except on Sundays between the hours of 5:00 a.m. and 12:00 noon. <br /> 1 <br /> <br />
