Draft 2. <br /> Description of and reasons for change: <br /> In paragraphs (3) and (4), this draft deletes the proposed amendments that would affect <br /> Banyan Drive. <br /> This draft retains the proposed changes to paragraph (20) that relate to Ohai Street and to <br /> paragraph (22) that relate to Puueo Street. <br /> More time is needed for the Public Works Department to work with the hotels to arrive at <br /> a compromise regarding when parking should be prohibited to permit street cleaning on <br /> Banyan Drive.
