Although the 2 year claim period <br /> has passed, the Director of Finance can compromise and settle the claims of the Remar <br /> Sylvester family and pay the surplus fund claims of $4,787.69, with the approval of the Council. <br /> To settle this matter in a timely fashion, we would like to request a waiver from the Finance <br /> Committee and to have this resolution heard at the Council meeting scheduled for June 2, 2009. <br /> If there are any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. <br /> Rtl-1 <br /> Nancy E.
