" f f <br /> COUNTY OF HAWAII STATE OF HAWAII <br /> BILL NO. 22 <br /> (Draft 2) <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 25-87 (NORTH KONA ZONE MAP), ARTICLE 3, <br /> CHAPTER 25 (ZONING CODE) OF THE HAWAII COUNTY CODE, BY CHANGING THE <br /> DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION FROM UNPLANNED (U) TO SINGLE FAMILY <br /> RESIDENTIAL (RS-15) AT PAHOEHOE 3RD, NORTH KONA, HAWAII, COVERED BY <br /> TAX MAP KEY 7-7-08:30 AND 96. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE COUNTY OF HAWAII: <br /> SECTION 1. Section 25-87, Article 3, Chapter 25 (Zoning Code) of the Hawaii County <br /> Code, is amended to change the district classification of property described hereinafter as <br /> follows: <br /> The district classification of the following area situated at Pahoehoe 3rd, North <br /> Kona, Hawaii, shall be Single Family Residential (RS-15): <br /> Beginning at the Northeasterly corner of this parcel of land, being also a point on <br /> the Westerly side of Kuakini Highway (F.A.S.P. No. S-229 (1)), the coordinates of said <br /> point of beginning referred to Government Survey Triangulation Station "KAHELO" <br /> being 8,596.34 feet South and 9,142.26 feet East and running by azimuths measured <br /> clockwise from True South: <br /> Thence, following along the Westerly side of Kuakini Highway (F.A.S.P. <br /> No. 5-229 (1)) on a curve to the right with a <br /> radius of 5,689.58 feet, the chord azimuth <br /> and distance being: <br /> 1. 339° 22' 43" 173.44 feet to a point; <br /> Thence, for the next thirty-six (36) courses following along stonewall and along <br /> Grant 1748 to Kapahu: <br /> 2. 93° 1 T 40.88 feet to a point; <br /> 3. 71° 50' 19.33 feet to a point; <br /> 4. 66° 46' 30" 28.96 feet to a point; <br /> 5. 80° 45' 30" 84.70 feet to a point; <br /> <br />
