No. 166-09 <br /> PLACE: Council Chambers <br /> TIME: 10:06 a.m. <br /> <br /> Council Chair and Members <br /> Hawaii County Council <br /> Hilo, Hawaii 96720 <br /> <br /> Your Committee on Finance, to which was referred Resolution No. 166-09, reports as follows: <br /> <br /> Resolution No. 166-09, transmitted by Finance Director Nancy Crawford, via Communication No. 335, <br /> dated May 6, 2009, authorizes the payment of funds for more than one fiscal year for the lease of six (6) <br /> refuse trailers for the Department of Environmental Management Solid Waste Division.
