Crawford. <br /> dated December 2, 2009. amends Chapter 24. Article 7, Section 24 -167 of the Hawai' i County <br /> Code (2005 edition. as amended), relating to the operation of vehicles. <br /> In Rees was the only testifier and he spoke in opposition.
