The bill was sent <br />forward with a positive recommendation and is scheduled for first reading at the Hawai'i <br />County Council meeting on January 6, 2010. <br /> <br />On December 28, 2009 we sent revised language requesting that it be considered as a <br />draft 2 of the bill. We have subsequently discovered another omission in our proposed <br />language to amend Bill No. 182. <br /> <br />We request that Bill 182 be deferred until the next Council meeting on January 22, 2010. <br />Prior to that meeting we will be submitting amended language. <br /> <br />Thank you for your assistance in holding Bill 182.
